It also involved working closely with a number of international organisations including, The World Bank, the IFC, USAID, the ILO and the Inter-American Development Bank and for the UN as the secretariat for their youth entrepreneurship group for the Millennium Development Goals. |

| 1995-1999 | Chief Executive Officer of The Prince's Youth Business Trust. The PYBT, now called The Prince's Trust, works with disadvantaged young people helping them into self-employment. He was responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of 55 offices around the UK and 8000 staff and volunteers starting 4500 business a year. |
